Terms and Conditions
By purchasing from Bake 'N' Shake you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Products
Bake 'N' Shake tries to ensure that photographs and product descriptions are as accurate as possible. All products are handmade and cupcakes may not appear exactly as pictured. Styles may
vary and colours may vary slightly due to varying computer monitor resolutions. Prices subject to change without notice.
Ordering
Bake 'N' Shake will ship your order as required when purchasing if possible. If we are unable to dispatch your order for delivery on your requested day we will contact you by email
to inform you of this. We will offer you the choice of an alternate delivery date, or you can cancel your order and we will issue you with a full refund.
When paying for your order it will not be dispatched until payment is clear.
Bake 'N' Shake reserves the right to cancel any order without reason at any time and issue you with a full refund.
Custom Orders
If you place an order for a custom cupcake Bake 'N' Shake tries to produce a cupcake as close as possible to what you asked. However we cannot guarantee colour shades for buttercream and
icing.
Delivery Date
You can choose a delivery date when ordering.
Delivery Address
Bake 'N' Shake only sends orders to UK addresses in Essex.
We are able to send orders to an address other than your billing address.Bake 'N' Shake will only ship your order to the delivery address you provided us with on the Bake 'N' Shake
website, regardless of an address you may provide on payment. If you wish to change the delivery address for your order, you can contact us to arrange this.
Delivery
We only ship to UK addresses in Essex as per description on our website.
All products are usually shipped by hand unless other arrangements are made.
We offer 2 shipping methods:
Bake 'N' Shake packages all orders securely for delivery and dispatches all orders on time. Bake 'N' Shake is not liable for orders unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address
being provided.
Bake 'N' Shake will shortly be offering collections from our premises when arranged.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order as long as it follows the terms stated below.
To cancel an order the following is necessary:
a. we must receive an email from the email address you provided when you placed your order, quoting your order number and informing us that you would like to cancel your order.
b. you must inform us of your wish to cancel your order at least 48 hours before the agreed delivery date.
Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of the products sold by Bake 'N' Shake (edible), we do not accept returns.
Bake 'N' Shake only issues refunds in the unlikely event you do not receive the correct products. In this case we require photographic evidence of this (the photograph must be clear
and the products must be untampered). We will examine the evidence and inform you of our decision within 3 working days. Bake 'N' Shake may approve or disapprove a refund request at our
own discretion. Should we decide to issue you with a refund we will only refund the cost of each inaccurate product. Bake 'N' Shake does not provide any further compensation other than
the refund. We will issue the refund within 10 working days of you being informed of the decision.
Privacy Policy
Bake 'N' Shake does not disclose any personal information about customers to any third party businesses or organizations unless required to do so by law.

Thank you so much for the lovely cupcakes you made for the party they were delicious and fresh. Very flavoursome and moist. The guests enjoyed the cakes.
We ordered 24 from you and there were only 2 left but soon went the next day.

Ordered valentines cakes from katie who made several suggestions as i wasnt sure what to have. Decided on red velvet cupcakes, with red icing. Picked up cakes early tuesday and have to say was over the moon, they were presented in a lovely box that you could see cakes through top and they looked fantastic. When we came to eat them they were delicious, very moist cake with loads of flavour and more than enough icing the love letters on the top set them of perfectly. Thanks katie and am now deciding what to order next."
